I'm very sorry for the people who have been evicted. I ahve owned rental property and went months before I could get the courts to act. In this state, I could be homeless before my tenants are. To THX381: Your grammar and spelling is terrible. I doubt that anyone takes your comments seriously, since you do not have even a basic grasp of the English language.

Thx381 I hear you my friend, going threw the same thing...Hubby lost job of 20 years now doing odd job's just to make it, work is hard to find and my property we owned once before but as family grew we had to build on, the mortgage company we choosed turned out to be a predatory lender but of course it never say's they are predatory on contract we thought we could trust them now it seem's we are fighting foreclosure's attemps every other month not cause of non payment's because of fee's they never tell you about or tell you what they are for...

********** there a lot a hard working folks and i am just like you im 6 month and ready to lose it menitil and spiritly.i have been hear 18 years watch my kids grow .some time i wonder if would make any differnt . to hold the fort when they come so i can make it on6oclock news, im not fraid of dieing for peace my little heaven. i have trees that my childern plant years ago, and the strong part of me wont let go!!!and that who i am.

It's sad to see people blaming people when it was our own government that done this...People that was on time with payment's and living a normal life now lost there jobs and in foreclosure's loosing everything they worked hard for and they get bashed? How would they know this was coming...People talk about there tax dollor's? I do believe these poor people pay taxes too, your taxed for everything you do...

AandJtruck, there are exceptions to every rule, and from what you say i believe you are. But having said that, the reason we and I include yourself because you are a taxpayer are in the situation that we are in is because of those that believe it is their right and not a priviledge to be a homeowner. The democrats fostered this mentality on stupid people telling them that it is thier right to be a homeowner, started with the CRA,Billy boy Clinton grew it and the Barney Franks, Chris Dodds, Franklin Raines and the rest made it a rule, and forced political mortgages to those that were financially and mentally incompetent.

Deadbeats????? My husband is retired military, he served in Desert Storm. We are honest hardworking people, who purchased a home, we didn't lie, and it wasn't beyond our means. The downturn in the economy is not our fault. We operate a truck under our own authority, and since november the pay for loads has been cut in half, but guess what?, the amount it takes to run the truck hasn't, the taxes, insurance, fuel is crazy. We are 4 months behind on our mortgage, not because we are deadbeats, wake up and smell the coffee, decent, hardworking americans are losing their homes every day. Let ye who is without sin cast the first stone!!

it's not yours with the first ************ yours with the last one .don't buy what you cannot afford/ unless you playing some democratic sympathy game so you can apply for socialistic welfare grants or other parasite program
