I'm proud of our country for electing a black president, and I think Pres. Obama is a smart, sincere, hard working, gentleman. However, I will miss President. He's a WONDERFUL person - just consider how he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the traditional in his IMPECCABLY-HELPFUL and KIND way of handling the transition to a new president. He has always been kind, a very hard worker, and a man of strong principles to which he always remained true. I pray God's blessings on this next chapter of his life. I wish him grandchildren -- he so deserves that joy. I pray he and his FABULOUS LAURA will have MANY happy and healthy years to enjoy; and I pray he will be appreciated for giving these 8 years of his life in public service for our country. Please be aware that EVERYTHING he did was for us. He protected us. We don't yet know about all the attacks that were foiled during the time since 9/11/1. Be grateful, America. The President did a great deal of good around the world. He did more to improve conditions in various African countries than anyone else in the world. President Bush, I respect you immensely, and I will miss seeing you on TV and in photographs, hearing you speak, and reading about your remarkable work very much. The photos above are endearing.
